1. Door-to-Door Delivery & Regional Exceptions

Standard orders are delivered directly to your residential driveway, garage, or commercial address with zero terminal pickup requirements across our primary shipping zones.

• Residential Delivery Included: Standard ground and air express services include direct residential delivery without unexpected handling fees.

• Oversized Freight Exceptions: For oversized cargo shipped to select remote international destinations (such as specific regional corridors in Mexico or remote Latin American territories), local carrier freight policies may occasionally require depot/terminal collection. In these rare cases, our logistics team will notify you in advance to coordinate delivery details.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP vs. DDU Coverage)

We cover import fees wherever possible to ensure a hassle-free landed cost:

• Pre-Cleared DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For our primary markets—including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most European Union countries—product prices are Delivered Duty Paid. STREK prepays applicable export/import customs processing, tariffs, and courier brokerage fees.

• DDU Destinations (Duties Unpaid): For select global destinations—including South Africa, and occasionally New Zealand or Romania—shipments may be subject to local import tariffs, VAT/GST, or customs clearance fees upon entry depending on local border enforcement. 3. Continental US Orders (Illinois Fulfillment Hub)

Core oversized products (including Electric Side Steps and Running Boards) are stocked and dispatched directly from our Illinois fulfillment center:

• Carrier: Dispatched via UPS Ground.

• Transit Time: Typically within 5 business days (standard 3 to 5 business days across the continental US).

• Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days dispatch same-day or next business day.

4. International Shipping & Timelines

We ship directly to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and select global destinations:

• Method: Priority Direct Air Express (Tracked & Insured).

• Transit Time: Generally 10 to 13 business days (inclusive of customs processing).

• Tracking: A dedicated tracking number with end-to-end milestone updates is provided via email once your label is generated.

5. Transparent Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your final discounted cart value:

• Orders $99.00 and above: FREE Door-to-Door Standard Shipping.

• Orders $0.00 to $98.99: Flat-rate standard shipping of $20.00.

Note: Free shipping eligibility is calculated after applying any discount codes or gift certificates.

6. Transit Coverage & Damage Protection

All heavy-duty cargo shipments are protected by industrial-grade reinforced packaging and transit coverage:

• Inspection on Arrival: Please visually inspect external packaging upon arrival.

• In the Event of Damage: If damage occurs during transit, photograph the affected item and packaging, and contact us at sales@strekoffroad.com within 48 hours. Our team will promptly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue directly with the carrier.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders rapidly to maintain fast lead times:

• Before Dispatch: You may request address updates, item changes, or order cancellations free of charge before tracking is assigned.

• After Dispatch: Once an order is transferred to UPS or international carriers, address reroutes or cancellations may incur standard carrier intercept fees.
