Processing & Lead Time

Strek Offroad usually gets orders out the door within 48 hours on business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and can shift depending on route and volume. We will keep you posted if anything looks unusual.

Shipping Rates & Checkout Value

We apply a transparent, price-based shipping structure for all orders. This rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your final discounted cart value:

• Orders $0.00 to $98.99: Charged a flat standard shipping fee of $20.00.
  
• Orders $99.00 and above: Eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
  

Please note: The shipping category is determined by the final checkout value after any discount codes, promotional offers, or email subscription coupons are applied.

Shipping Methods & Coverage

We ship from several warehouse locations and use different freight carriers depending on your location.

Our standard shipping rate covers delivery to a freight terminal or commercial address with self-unload. If you need any of the following, let us know when you place your order. Each carries an extra charge:

• Lift Gate: The driver uses a hydraulic tailgate to lower your shipment to ground level.
  
• Residential Delivery: Shipping directly to a home address.
  
• Appointment / Call-Ahead: The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window.
  

International Orders (Canada, Mexico & Overseas)

Orders crossing borders involve customs paperwork and potential duties. Contact us at sales@strekoffroad.com before you buy so we can provide a realistic shipping quote and timeline.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change something? Let us know before it ships. Changes can carry extra fees. Once the order is on the truck, we cannot make modifications.

You can cancel any time before shipment. Cancelling after dispatch is possible but can involve recall charges.

Keep in mind that a product can ship before the tracking number shows up in your account. Reach out immediately if you plan to cancel.

Shipping Damage

Always look over your shipment before you sign the delivery receipt.

⚠️ If you sign without noting any damage or missing items, the carrier will not accept a claim, and neither can we.

Ordering more than one item? We will bundle everything into one shipment when we can, saving you on freight and handling.
