Processing & Lead Time

Strek Offroad usually gets orders out the door within 48 hours on business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and can shift depending on route and volume — we'll keep you posted if anything looks unusual.

Shipping Methods & Coverage

We ship from several warehouse locations and use different freight carriers depending on where you are.

Our standard shipping rate covers delivery to a freight terminal or commercial address with self-unload. If you need any of the following, let us know when you place your order — each carries an additional charge:

  • Lift Gate — the driver uses a hydraulic tailgate to lower your shipment to ground level
  • Residential Delivery — shipping directly to a home address
  • Appointment / Call-Ahead — the carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window

Shipments to remote areas — including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico — may also have surcharges.

Canada & Mexico

Orders crossing the border involve customs paperwork and possible duties. Get in touch with us at sales@strekoffroad.com before you buy so we can give you a realistic quote and timeline.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to change something? Let us know before it ships — though changes may come with extra fees.
  • Once the order is on the truck, we can't make modifications.
  • You can cancel any time before shipment. Cancelling after dispatch is possible but may involve recall charges.
  • Keep in mind that a product can ship before the tracking number shows up in your account. If you're thinking about cancelling, reach out sooner rather than later.

Shipping Damage

Always look over your shipment before you sign the delivery receipt.

⚠️ If you sign without noting any damage or missing items, the carrier won't accept a claim — and neither can we.

Ordering more than one item? We'll bundle everything into one shipment when we can, saving you on freight and handling.
