Eligibility
Strek Offroad offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition — including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Personal-Reason Returns
If you simply changed your mind or no longer need the product, you're welcome to return it. The buyer covers round-trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. For orders that originally shipped free, the outbound freight cost will also be deducted since it was included in the product price. We cannot accept opened or used items for this type of return.
If any accessories or components are missing from the return, we will deduct an amount equal to their replacement value, as determined by Strek Offroad.
Wrong Product Received
Received something you didn't order? Don't open or use it — just email us at sales@strekoffroad.com with your order number and a few photos. Once we've confirmed the mix-up, we'll arrange the return and send the correct item at no cost to you.
Defective Product
If something isn't working right out of the box, reach out to sales@strekoffroad.com as soon as possible. We may ask you to try a few troubleshooting steps so our technicians can confirm the issue. If the product turns out to be defective and can't be repaired, you can pick either a free replacement or a full refund — as long as it's within 30 days of receipt. For anything beyond that window, check our warranty policy.
How to Start a Return
- Send an email to sales@strekoffroad.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or video.
- We'll review your request and get back to you with a solution based on this policy.
- If a return is needed, we'll share the return address and packing guidelines.
- Ship the item back within 7 business days of getting the go-ahead. Make sure it's properly packed — palletized, crated, strapped, or boxed depending on the product.
- After we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead? The quickest route is to place a new order for what you need and return the original item through the process above. We'll issue the agreed refund once the return is complete.
Refund Timeline & Method
Most refunds are completed within 1–2 weeks, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You'll be refunded to the same payment method you used at checkout, and we'll send you an email confirmation once it's done.
